Albert Wells, a young film critic, was strolling in the park with his wife one morning, thinking that the day was going to be a peaceful, quiet one like any other. However, the paths of Albert and his wife were soon going to be crossed with that of an Italian communist, a private investigator, a betrayed lover, and many others, which would bring the world of everyone involved upside down.
