A slick way to do echart navigation on google earth, as well as viewing all NOAA charts and even a fast way to download the RNC versions. NOTE: WE UPDATED THE LINK BELOW JAN 16, 2018 (thanks to PorcineJim )
IMPORTANT NOTE. This only works with the Google Earth Pro (free software) that you load onto your computer, PC or Mac. I am told it does not work with the online version of GE.

( Note this only works with US charts because they offer free echarts, whereas most other nations do not. You do not have to be in the US, however, to view these US charts this way. Brazil may be an exception, but they do not offer the Google Earth function that I know of. )
