Manuela’s favourite vanilla cupcakes
Everyone loves a moist and delicious vanilla cupcake, and this one is a winner and special because this one is also gluten free. It is moist, and fluffy, just heavenly. To make them moist and delicious it is very important to follow the instructions carefully, and do not be tempted to take any shortcuts.
I love these cupcakes with a fluffy vanilla bean frosting, but feel free to top them with any frosting you like.
