I don't think this video is just limited to the jack plate made by Vance. There is good information all the way through on how to install a Jack plate.
How high should the cavitation/anti ventilation plate be, how to seal it, tools required, and adjustment.
There a re many manufactures out there that make manual jack plates for small boats. I chose the Vance for it up and down screw feature.
