How to value a property like a RICS surveyor
Every mortgage company will use a RICS chartered surveyor. They have a set of metrics that they abide by to ensure they are accurately predicting the value of these properties. As a qualified architect I know the importance of training, it takes 7 years in my profession, and there’s a reason for that! So many sourcing companies fudge numbers and push end values to sell properties to clients, all that does is lose the clients faith in that particular company. It’s counter productive in my opinion.
