Diamer is a district of Gilgit Baltistan situated in northern Pakistan. The headquarters of district Diamer is Chilas city as well as the headquarters of Diamer Astore division. There are many of the most beautiful areas of Gilgit Baltistan located at Diamer and some are internationally famous areas such as Fairy Meadows, Nanga Parbat, and Babusar top. Chilas has an important city because the CPEC and KKH are passing through Diamer as well as Diamer Basha dam is being made at the area of Diamer. As most people know Babusar top is very famous and many people come to Babusar top for the purpose of picnic and entertainment but most of them go to Fairy Meadows from there. Darel and Tangeer are also a part of chilas that are also beautiful areas of Diamer but there is not any trend of tourism in the society.
