On November 30, a federal judge in Louisiana issued a ruling blocking the health care worker COVID vaccine mandate, nationwide. Recall, it was back on November 4 that the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services issued an emergency regulation that required eligible staff at health care facilities to get a COVID vaccine, if that facility participated in Medicare and Medicaid.
