We combined 250 photographs of Peter Hunters taken this month to create a single video that captures the Roe Deer and Fox together. A Red Fox can and will take a young fawn, they are Roe Deers only natural predator that is left, however this predation period is only 40 days after birth of the fawn.
However, not all encounters are aggressive or predatory, this does appear to be either a form of play or both Roe Deer and Fox trying to chase each other way, highly rare to see. So well worth a watch!
