Easiest way to eliminate Valkyrie Kara in God of War is with a mix of closed & ranged combat... The first few seconds will give you an edge if you attack head on with the Leviathan Axe and Atreus to stun her. Use parry to interrupt her attacks if you deem it necesary, in my case this wasn't needed...
Don't divert your focus from her! Ignore the adds if you can and focus damage on parry and constant hit... Keep in mind some attacks are unavoidable, so try to duck and roll to avoid getting hit.
Tip!!!
Using Atreus will be a big help, try to use the Wolves and max his bow to help keep her at bay.
