A car bomb in Kabul, Afghanistan took more than 80 lives, and wounded almost 350 others.
Wednesday's suicide attack occurred during the morning rush hour in the city center where the country's presidential palace is located.
It's also where many foreign embassies and government buildings are concentrated.
The German embassy was nearby... but it's not yet known whether any of its staff were hurt.
Korea's foreign ministry report parts of the embassy were damaged, but no Korean nationals were killed or hurt by the blast.
No group has claimed responsibility for the act of terror yet.
