The V2500 engine on the A320 has an engine fuel filter element.It’s purpose is to filter/clean LP fuel coming from the Fuel Cooled Oil Cooler after which the fuel goes to HP fuel Pump.To the FMU(Fuel Metering Unit) then off to the combustion chambers.Fuel Filter also helps in identifying fuel contamination.This video is for illustrative purposes and does not supersede any approved maintenance documents
