This is the FMS 1400mm T-28 Trojan.
It is a great model and flies really well.....On this landing, I dorked around with the flap switch and it bit me, causing a hard landing which made a wheel fall off.....Minor damage actually. (It looks like a set screw had backed out of one of the main gears. The hard impact likely caused it to finish backing out, and release the wheel)
