Week 10 training for the Dopey Challenge at Walt Disney World is a distance run week with 11 miles scheduled for the weekend.
However, I am tapering and resting up this week for the "Great Chocolate Race."
Because the race falls on my normal upload day, I'm splitting the weekly journal into two parts: 10.1 and 10.2.
For 10.1, I discuss how runDisney places runners in its corral system and what you need to do to make sure you get the best corral possible.
If you think you can run a Half Marathon in 2 hours and 45 minutes or a full Marathon in 5 hours and 30 minutes, you are required to submit a PoT or Proof of Time from a sanctioned, chip-timed race.
For more information visit the Runner Info tab for your race at [ Ссылка ].
I will also be uploading a couple of "old" corral placement charts to my Instagram page: [ Ссылка ]
