Ingredients:-
1/2 cup melted butter ( 100 g ) or refined oil
1/2 cup powdered sugar ( 100 g )
4 eggs ( on normal temperature )
1/2 cup + 1 tbsp plain flour ( 100 g )
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 tsp baking powder

👉👉 Add 1/8 tsp of salt as well if you are using unsalted butter or refined oil..
👉👉( Butter is the best for perfect cake but you can also use refined oil instead of butter

1 can of pineapple 🍍 with its syrup

1 cup whipped cream
2-3 drop of pineapple extract

For Glaze ( Yellow Ganache )Optional :-

70-80 g white chocolate compound
2-3 tbsp whipped cream
yellow food color

👉 Instructions for Kadhai:-
Preheat Kadhai on medium flame for 8-10 minutes .. bake the cake on low to medium flame for 30-35 flame..
