Read about two very different client/customer experiences. The first is a perfect description of the type of employee would all love to have working for us. He was textbook awesome.
The second comes from Chase Bank, where their Branch Manager totally dropped the ball and proved that he doesn't care about Chase's customers. He lets his customers know that Chase doesn't care about them either. He was a textbook case of where culture, hiring and training fail.
All of this was preventable. In fact, as a motivational business speaker this is the type of training I offer: I help people — even people like your Branch Manager, understand that the real secret to business is to Focus On the People.
