Ingredients
Chicken breast fillets 2
Salt ½ tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Red chilli powder ½ tsp
White pepper ½ tsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
Mustard paste 1 tsp
For White sauce
Butter 2 tbsp
Onions chopped 2 tbsp
All purpose flour 2 tbsp
Milk 1 ½ cups
Salt ½ tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
White pepper ½ tsp
Mixed herbs ½ tsp
Mushrooms ½ cup
Cheddar cheese ½ cup
Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
For mashed potatoes
Boiled and mashed potatoes 2 small
Salt 2 pinches
Black pepper ¼ tsp
Cream 1 tbsp
Some Boiled veggies of your choice
