Tips and tricks learned for our Perkins 4.236 Marine Diesel Engine to remove the engine starter on a 44' CSY Sailboat. The starter was then rebuilt in about an hour by our friends at Squire's Generator & Starter in Kinston, NC. We then reinstalled the starter back on the motor.
