Family executing court is bound to execute the decree according to the will of Lady decree holder her original articles.

An executing court is a court that enforces a court judgment or order by compelling the judgment-debtor to comply. The purpose of execution is to give the decree-holder the benefits granted by the court's decision. 

The executing court can: 

Deal with events that occur after the decree is issued

Decide questions that arise between the parties to the suit

Ensure that the decree is executed in accordance with its terms and conditions

The executing court cannot: Go beyond the decree and Question the legality or validity of the decree. 

The steps involved in execution include: Attachment and sale of property, Arrest and detention, and Appointment of a receiver. 

The first application for execution of a decree has a three-year time limit, while subsequent applications have a six-year limit.
