Homemade Grandma’s Kefir
Ingredients:
• 1 liter of milk
• 2 tablespoons of ready-made kefir
Preparation:
1. Take 50 ml of milk from the total amount and mix it with 2 tablespoons of kefir.
2. Warm up the remaining milk until it’s lukewarm (not hot!).
3. Combine the warm milk with the kefir mixture and stir well.
4. Pour the mixture into a jar or container and close it tightly with a lid.
5. Wrap the container with a towel and leave it in a warm place for 15 hours or overnight.
6. In the morning, your homemade kefir will be ready!
