I got this sackpack for hikes. This bag can hold a lot! I store my 40 oz thermal flask, a 20 oz water bottle for my dogs, a collapsible dog bowl, collapsible walking stick, eye glasses case and then some. It has two mesh pouches on each side, but they are too small to hold my water bottles. Which is fine. The strings are thicker than a different sack that I had and they don’t did into my shoulders even with the weight of two full water bottles. I’ve even wore this on a 3 hour hike while wearing a tank top and it didn’t bother me once.
