The North Face® Frontier Freeride World Qualifier took place at Queenstown’s The Remarkables ski area on 27 August 2016. Swiss competitor Elisabeth Gerritzen impressed the judges with fast aggressive skiing right in the fall line, earning the win and proving she will be a forced to reckoned with on the 2017 Freeride World Tour.
