Western Australia is introducing free public transport for all school students.
The Ride to School Free Program will allow students to travel to and from school on Monday to Friday.
The scheme is set to begin next month.
It’s expected to save families up to $300 a year.
It follows an initiative from the state government to introduce free transport on Sundays during the December school holiday period.
