Today I am going to tell you how to make crunchy falafel (الطريقة الصحيحة لعمل فلافل خفيفة ومقرمشة) Recipe .
Falafels are a Middle Eastern specialty consisting of small, fried croquettes or balls made from chickpeas. Spices, onions, and parsley. They are commonly served as an appetizer or inside pita bread with garlic or tahini sauce. The best part about falafel is that they are simple to make.
Ingredients for this recipe:
200 gm chickpeas Soak in water 12 hours.
half bunch of coriander.
4 green chilli.
10 garlic cloves.
half bunch parsley its up to you use in recipe.
4 green onion.
Mix it
Blend
Add a little bit of water
One tesp red chilli powder
One 1/2 tesp of coriander
One tesp of cumin powder
paprika powder at your choice
half tesp black pepper powder
Salt to taste
Mix everything
Shape the falafel with a mold or use your hands
Press on the sides
Poke a hole in the center
Hot cooking oil on medium heat
