2023 International Venice Film Festival (the 80th annual La Biennale di Venezia) has announced the competition films.The festival will run from August 30 to September 9 and Damien Chazelle is the president of the jury this year, while Special Lifetime Achievement Golden Lions will be presented to Liliana Cavani and Tony Leung.
