== Ingredients ==
( Cendol )
3 cup of pandan juice
1 cup of rice flour
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon lime water
Green food coloring
( Sugar Syrup )
3 pieces pure palm sugar
2 cup of brown sugar
Pandan leaves
( Coconut Milk Water )
1 cup of thick coconut milk
3 cup water
Salt
== Steps ==
Wash and cut the pandan leaves. Blend with water and strain it.
In a clean pot, add all ingredients for cendol and cook using medium heat until it turn into a thick paste. Make sure always stir to prevent scorching the cendol.
Prepare a bowl with cold water. Pipe the cendol into the cold water. (Refer video).
Cendol is ready.
For palm sugar syrup, cook all ingredients for palm sugar syrup until the syrup becomes thick.
For coconut milk water, add all ingredients for coconut milk water and stir well.
Cendol can be served with ice. Good luck.
