Not sure why your new solar lights aren't working? It could be that the solar panel needs a full charge. It could be that the bulbs are loose. It could be that the cord is not connected correctly to the panel. It could be that the power is off. It could be that you're trying to test it during daylight, and the light sensor needs to be covered to simulate darkness.
