On the past to make update of the Bios was a upgrade, change to better product, prevent problems which maybe will happen. Today is not true.

If you think about to update the bios, not make this before call the Intel center with your AA number serie on the hand. (note: this not is on page of Intel till now).

Note, Intel say "not recommend to jump from old to last BIOS", so, the word "recommend" maybe changed to "you CAN'T jump from old to last" is best option to alert all users, because from 1990 years we know (or knew) what the last bios have a complete software new, today have only some parts (if you see the sizes from all versions, it not equal), it´s very dangerous really

We have no way of guessing if can or not can use the newest version of bios.

But, if the bios is to determinated product, and all made strictly correct, not energy problem, not crash, the most that could happen is not improving.

This MB is a great product, beautiful and high quality, but of course not a cheap product. Nobody wait a big problem with it.

I saw much changes of technology, since 1988, PC-XT 8bit, the new technologies are great solution but with an product of this category, price, so... the world is changing...

Thanks to attendance of Intel and Ibyte Shop, hope we can have a solution to this great product.
