Today I'm going to show you a very delicious recipe for baking soda marinated chicken wings.
Ingredients:
35 ounces (1 kg) chicken wings.
1 teaspoon salt.
1/3 teaspoon black pepper.
Sprite (or any other carbonated water).
Let stand for 30 minutes.
Butter.
Vegetable oil.
Fry for 4 minutes on each side over medium heat.
3 garlic cloves.
1 teaspoon paprika.
3 tablespoons soy sauce.
1 tablespoon mustard.
1 tablespoon honey.
3 tablespoons BBQ sauce.
1/2 teaspoon salt.
5 ounces (150 ml) Sprite drink.
Cook over low heat under a lid for 30-40 minutes.
