"I will pour out my Spirit on all flesh … I will show wonders: blood, fire and columns of smoke." Wait … what? Why are these two declarations in the same passage? What do they have to do with each other? That's what I hope to make sense of in this teaching.
Joel 2:28-32 talks about events that will happen on the Day of the Lord. Joel, and other prophets, describes the Day of the Lord as, "The great and terrible day of the Lord." What I share in this teaching will help towards a general understanding of the concept of the Day of the Lord in the Bible. Specifically, this teaching will help answer the question, "What is the Day of the Lord in Joel?"
