A common question that we respond to at c4 practice services is about referral doctors will ask should I ask for referrals from my patients our response is should you have to ask for referrals and the reason that respond in that way to that question is because the patient experience extraordinary if we are doing the patient experience correctly and we are providing people an extraordinary patient experience then we really don’t need to ask for referrals they are going to give them why because they are excited they are excited by why they are there they are excited about the opportunities they had to be in that practice they are excited about what they received and they want to naturally tell others about it and that’s the referral process if you get people excited about what you do then they are going to gravitate toward that not only are they going to gravitate toward that but they will tell friends and family what their experience was we always wan that to be on the positive side we want them to tell a great story about you but they have to understand the story they are getting into if people engage in your practice and they really enjoy the experience they had believe me they will tell the others enhance the patient experience and referrals will come its all about the patient experience
