Happy holidays, everyone! This year I decided to DIY gifts for my friends and family. I ended up sewing potholders, tote bags, a laptop sleeve, zipper pouches, and a cute apron! Not only was DIY gift giving a fun and creative experience, it also saved me a lot of money. In the past, I easily would have spent several hundred dollars on Christmas gifts. I wish I could have gotten this video up sooner or started my sewing way in advance so you could use some of these ideas this season but I hope this video is a good resource for any DIY gifts you want to make in the future! If you’re thinking about crafting your own gifts, these DIY sewing projects are perfect for beginners and can be customized for any occasion, like birthdays, graduations (a handmade laptop sleeve for graduation would be so special), or even housewarming parties. Thanks so much for watching!
