Ginger Garlic Lemon Tea:
Ingredients:
Water - 2 cup
Ginger paste - 1 tsp
Garlic paste - 1 tsp
Lemon Juice - 1 tsp
Honey - 1/2 tbsp
Instructions:
1. In a pan, add ginger paste and garlic paste. And then add 2 cups of water (approx. 500ml). Mix well. Store bought Ginger Garlic Paste can also be used.
2. Turn on the flame and bring it to a boil.
3. Once the Tea comes to a boil, turn off the flame and filter it.
4. Add Lemon Juice and Honey.
5. Serve Hot.
Keep in mind that natural products are not always necessarily safe and dosages can be important. It is always better to consume everything in limited quantity.
