INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 lb Salmon Fillets
2 1/2 tbsp Olive oil
1 tbsp garlic cloves finely chopped or pressed
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp black pepper (Adjust for spiciness)
1/2 tsp salt (Adjust to taste)
4 wedges Lemon sliced into 4 wedges
2 tbsp fresh herbs of choice, Parsley, Rosemary or Dill
