Cooper Klaar has been riding River Wheels since they were released in 2014; for a decade. Born in Vancouver, Washington in 1994, living in Portland, Oregon from 2014-2018 and returning to Washington (Seattle) in 2019; Cooper was a staple in the Pacific North West scene. 2014 also brought sponsorship from The Vault; 2018 brought sponsorship and Hella Grip and later sig grip; and 2019, after a 9 year run with Phoenix, sig bars and sig deck, brought sponsorship with the only other Portland brand at the time, TSI. In 2020 Cooper took a trip back east to film with Logan Fuller in Philly, Baltimore, North Carolina and Ohio which were the beginnings of this video. In 2023 he relocated yet again to Arizona for warmer drier weather, new spot selection and a new filmer in Daniel Cardenas. One last filming trip to San Francisco and Los Angeles during the last Hyphy Jam and a balance of brand new Arizona footage, we have another River masterpiece, years in the making, from one of the smoothest riders to ever do it.
