Who can create and share codes using the online service for Right to work check in the UK?
Share code only supports:
• if you have a biometric residence permit or card; or
• if someone has status issued under the EU Settlement Scheme; or
• status issued under the points-based immigration system like skilled worker visa, student visas etc.
• BNO visa, which is a British National Overseas visa, or
• if you have a Frontier Worker permit
