New Mexico Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham’s emergency order suspending the right to carry firearms in public in and around Albuquerque drew an immediate court challenge from a gun rights group Saturday. Trial attorney Brian Claypool says Grisham doesn't have the right to issue an executive order against an existing law that allows people to carry non-concealed firearms.
