Washing Machine Fabric Softener Dispenser not Emptying Fixed.
Follow me on How to fix a Washing machine that isn't taking Fabric Softener, so if the fabric softener tray of your Washing Machine is not emptying then the flush nozzles are probably dirty and blocked.

This is on a Bosch Washing Machine VarioPerfect Serie 4 but the process should be the same no matter what Brand of Front Loading Washing Machine you have. It should be the same for Siemens Washing Machine Fabric Softener Dispenser not Emptying as these are the same Manufacturers.

To avoid mould build up you can try watering down the softener or use less, and at the end of a wash leave the washing machine dispenser drawer open to allow it to dry.

0:38 Remove Dispenser drawer.
1:11 Cleaning inside the Dispenser Drawer area \ cavity & the Jet nozzles.
3:39 Clean Dispenser drawer with Partner's toothbrush.
4:49 Check Drum rubber.
4:57 Put Dispenser drawer back into washing machine.
5:07 Run a Drum Clean programme or hottest setting washing programme.
5:39 Put Partner's toothbrush back.
5:49 Time for a lovely cup of Tea.
