Methi Tamatar Ki Sabji - Fenugreek Leaves Curry
Hi friends today we are going to prepare FENUGREEK LEAVES CURRY which is called METHI TAMATAR SABJI in hindi ,which is very healthy and delicious and easy to prepare in few mins,Methi Tamatar ki sabji is very healthy and delicious dish for rice, roti or pulka. Fenugreek leaves are not only packed with nutrients, they are very aromatic too.
METHOD for METHI TAMATAR SABJI
Add 2 tbsp oil in pan as oil get heat add chopped tomatoes , cook tomatoes until it get soft & mushy -cook well ,keep stirring & cook on high to medium flame , meanwhile add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste & cook it for a min on medium flame,now add green chilli and cook well until it get mashed .
Now we will add dry spices - coriander powder , red chilli powder , turmeric powder,salt & mix well and cook it until oil is separates from all ingredients - cook on medium flame.
Now add Methi leaves-Fenugreek leaves (pluck all the methi leaves from the burch & wash well three-four times ), mix well with tomatoes & add little water , cook it for 3-4 mins until methi leaves gets soft (don't over cook) - on medium flame .
Methi Tamatar Ki Sabji is ready to serve with chapathi ( bread )

Ingredients for Methi Tamatar Sabji
Oil - 2 tbsp
Tomatoes (chopped ) - 3
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
Green Chilli - 2
Coriander Powder - 1 tbsp
Red Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - as per taste
Methi ( Fenugreek leaves ) - 4 bunch
