In this video intended for the Cambridge Nationals Level 1/2 Information Technologies (I.T.) course, this is the first in several videos that cover LO1, which is on project management. Before looking at the four phases in more detail, this video gives an overview of them (Initiation, Planning, Execution, Evaluation), what is meant by iteration and interaction, and why following a project life cycle is a positive thing to do.
