A New Technique of Uterine Closure during Cesarean Section (LSCS) for a Better Residual myometrial Thickness(RMT) which will prevent uterine rupture during VBAC.
It is a modified mattress suture technique which ensures correct anatomical approximation of Serosa to serosa, Myometrium to myometrium and decidua to decidua, there by proper healing and good RMT.
