From the big car park head down the steep bank, take the first teesdale path at the bridge, Continue all the way along until you get to egglesburn farm. Then follow signs to Eggleston. Head down from Eggleston until you cross a bridge again to Romaldkirk. At the top of Romaldkirk you will find the Old rail path, which will take you all the way back to Middle-In-Teesdale.

Really easy to follow, also you could head past Eggleston bridge for another 4 mile then crosson the next bridge and come back up the Teesdale Way.
