➡️ Recipe: Shanghai Stir Fried Rice Cakes
Servings: 4
Time: 30 minutes
1/2 lb chicken thigh or protein of choice, sliced
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 cup water or as needed
Cooking oil
1 lb flat rice cakes
1/2 cup shiitake mushrooms, sliced
2 cups baby bok chop, rinsed and cut into halves
1 small onion, thick sliced
3-4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
Stir-fry sauce:
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tbsp dark soy sauce
1/2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp black pepper
