The machine was manufactured in 2022, so it’s been almost two years. The buyer, TIONG, is from Sibu, Malaysia. He’s very young and intelligent. It took about two years from our initial communication to him placing the order, and naturally, a lot may have changed over that time. TIONG completed the entire installation and commissioning of the machine on his own, while we provided technical guidance and free after-sales service for shipping an encoder. Producing smaller-sized C purlin is more challenging, and it places high demands on the operator’s skill. But look at the small-sized C purlin that TIONG has made—it’s beautiful. Kudos!
