Let’s Talk … Antibiotic Resistant Gonorrhea. You may have heard of a few cases of antibiotic resistant Gonorrhea globally and here in the States. Luckily those cases were isolated and haven’t caused a large spread (that we know of!). Our current treatment for Gonorrhea works well. But, it’s kind of our last option. And eventually resistance will develop against this antibiotic, too. Which means preventing Gonorrhea (and other STIs) is more important now than ever!
