Lying Hamstring curls 4 sets 12 reps
Seated Hamstring curs 4 sets 12 reps
Straight Leg Deadlifts 3 sets 12 reps
Leg Extensions 4 sets 12-15 reps
Pendulum Squat 4 sets, last set triple drop set
5 plates for 8 reps
4 plates for 8 reps
3 plates for 12 reps
Hack Squat 3 sets 12 reps (not on video)
