Base:

- [ ] 150g Lotus Biscuit, finely crushed
- [ ] 50g Salted Butter, melted

Cheesecake:

- [ ] 200 ML whipped cream, cold
- [ ] 400g cream cheese
- [ ] 100g icing sugar
- [ ] 100g Biscoff spread

Make 9 - You can easily adjust the measurements to make more or less.
