These are the larvae of three marine nudibranchs "sea slugs".
Fun Fact! - our video was used in Ze Frank's "True Facts : Freaky Nudibranchs" [ Ссылка ]
They were mistakenly attributed to our good friend Dr. Page but the correction was noted in the comments.
The ones here with the smaller velar lobes are the Hooded Nudibranch (Melibe leonina - there are many in a single sac at 50sec) and the Sea Lemon (Doris montereyensis) which both occur in the Pacific Northwest. The larvae with the large velar lobes, shown at the beginning and end of the video, are of Pleurobranchaea californica from Southern California. Thanks to Dr. Page for the use of the P. californica larvae for the video!
