Crispy Japanese Salad with Sesame Dressing
Cabbage, thinly sliced
1 tbs (15ml) sugar
1/4 cup (45ml japanese mayo (kewpie)
2 tsp (15ml) rice vinegar
1 tsp (7.5ml) mirin
1 tsp (7.5ml) sesame oil
2 tsp (15ml) soy sauce
1 or 2 tbs roasted sesame seeds or plain sesame seeds
