Since 2008 he has served as president of Bali’s elite Bali Culinary Professionals (BCP) Association, and is a member of WACS (World Association of Chefs’ Societies), he has also won a plethora of awards, including King of Kitchen, Southeast Asia and Indonesian chef of the year in the Hospitality Asia Platinum Awards, as well as being six times winner of Super Chef on Indosiar TV’s Allez Cuisine, a prestigious national cooking competition.
