Ever since the violence broke out in Manipur, the Army and the Assam Rifles along with central paramilitary forces have been working round the clock to maintain normalcy.
But the forces have clearly done much more than area domination and patrolling in the last 3 weeks. A special battalion of the Territorial Army has secured three vital oil installations in Manipur after oil firm employees were forced to flee following the recent unrest.
